Pre-evaluation procedure for international students 2024
<p>IMPORTANT:</p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong><em>International students</em></strong><em> (non-EU students applying for a visa and <a href="https://www.univpm.it/Entra/International/International_students/Immatricolazioni_studenti_internazionali/L/1" target="_blank">EU / EU equivalent students</a></em><em> holding a foreign qualification) can apply for a </em><strong><em>pre-evaluation of their application</em></strong><em> for our courses.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><em>Univpm will evaluate your curricular requirements and the adequacy of your personal preparation and will inform you of the outcome via email. </em><br />
<em><em>If the outcome is positive, you will be able to proceed with pre-enrolment on the </em><em><a href="https://www.universitaly.it/">Universitaly</a><a href="https://www.universitaly.it/index.php/registration/firststep" target="_blank"> </a></em></em><em>portal, through which the possession of <a href="https://www.univpm.it/Entra/International/International_students/Immatricolazioni_studenti_internazionali/L/1" target="_blank">necessary documents and additional requirements for enrolment</a></em><em> will be verified. </em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><em>Find out if you meet the admission requirements for the courses you are interested in!</em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px">Pre-evaluation applications deadline for AY 2024-2025: 15th July 2024.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px">After July 15th, students can still apply for pre-enrolment through the <a href="https://www.universitaly.it/">Universitaly</a> platform, which will close on November 30th.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px">Pre-evaluation applications for AY 2024-25: platform opens on 1st December 2023.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"><strong>IMPORTANT</strong> :</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px">You must upload the following attachments (Please, <strong>DO NOT</strong> start the submission of your application if you do not have the following documents yet):</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 1) Id card or passport;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 2) Transcript of records;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 3) Diploma certificate/University degree (original or provisional).</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">Please, note that you will be allowed to submit one application for the same course only once. (Be sure you attached required documents before sending your application).</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">An application for a different course is always possible.</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px">For a better pre-evaluation you may also upload the following documentation:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 4) Language certificates;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 5) Reference letter;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 6) Translation into Italian or English of your study title (if owned);</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 7) Declaration of value / CIMEA statements / Declarations from official foreign institutions (if owned);</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 8) Visa/Resident permit (if owned);</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px"> 9) Curriculum vitae;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px">10) Motivation letter.</span></p>
